Maybe, but probably not. Unless there's someone to race with, I'd give it at least another 20 years. Also, since no one has ever done a manned space flight to another planet (the moon was a cakewalk, by comparision), there will inevitably be problems that cause long delays.

With him blowing 1/2 Trillion Dollars on Iraq (which would have been more than enough to do that!!!), where do you think the money will come from?

That would require government funding...something W would NEVER do. Can you imagine him spending money on something worthwhile?

Hopefully...If we fund enough money to our space programs...DONATE YOUR MONEY AND COMPUTERS TO THE SETI AND NASA MARS PROJECTS!!!! ...We probably won't if our next prez doesn't want to fund this stuff...
