Because her server is being worked on. Yahoo is modifying all their programs to work with Vista. They are making the modification to the servers located in a certain farm. The f number in the email URL is the farm your server is on. By doing it this way, they don't have to shut he entire system down. Only a, relatively, small number are affected at one time. She will just have to tolerate these outages for the next few months.
