school starts and this one guy likes me, but isnt really into me! i want to surprise him, along with ohters!! is there anyway to lose 25-35 lbs that quick??? plzzzz help! i am on a prescription for my acne, and it is allmost gone, but i burn really easy when i go outside, because of it and NO sunscreen has ever worked for me!! does anyone have any tips, for eating right, and losing weight fast?? there is also no swimming pool around for like 35 miles, and i dont have my drivers licence!! thanx!!

First, I'm going to say I don't think there's a healthy way to lose 25-25 pounds in just over a month. I do think that you could healthfully lose 10-15 pounds though, which will also make a big difference. Maybe you should choose this more realistic goal, so you don't disappoint yourself and quit or resort to unhealthy habits to lose weight. OK, on with the rest of the advice!

A good way to lose weight is to make sure you get in a half hour of exercise every day. Even if there's not a pool near you, and you don't have a car, you could go for a half-hour brisk walk, or if you feel ambitious, a half-hour jog. Jogging does burn more calories, but even walking can help a lot, particularly if you are not at all active now. All you need is a pair of sneakers! If you are worried about burning when you go outside, either go out in the very early morning before the sun is completely risen, or the late evening when the sun is setting, wearing sunscreen of course, and you won't burn. Don't forget to bring water with you while you exercise, you need it in the summer heat, and being dehydrated can encourage sunburn!

Another thing to do is completely cut out sodas and very sugary drinks like iced tea and lemonade from a mix. There are something like 20 teaspoons of sugar in a regular 20 oz soda, which is more sugar than you ever want in one day. Drink 8 glasses of water (about 2 liters) every day instead. Water also helps because lots of times when people feel like they want to snack, they are getting mixed signals from their body, and they are actually slightly dehydrated. I know that when I started drinking 2 liters of water a day, I didn't feel like I needed to snack all the time, AND it really helped clear up my acne.

Another thing that I do to keep my weight steady is to eat fruit or vegetables at every meal. They are very nutritious for one thing, and everyone should eat a lot of them anyway, but if you just ate a salad or some broccoli you won't feel as hungry when you start on that more-fatty steak or spaghetti and meatballs.

Join Weight Watchers and take the weight off THE RIGHT WAY so it doesn't come back on as soon as you stop dieting and start walking!!

Get some great upbeat tunes on your MP3 player and walk at least 3 miles a day and the weight will melt off!!!

low carb diet will work. in a month you'll probably lose like 15 pounds

go to your nearest wal-mart and pick up some dvd's like pilates, taeboe, or yoga
