it's cash up front for the hospital, surgeon and anesthesiologist, not to mention the preoperative preparations and testing required, as well as surgical (jobst) garments and other postoperative care and medications (pain and antibiotics) as may be required by your individual circumstances..... it is, after all, a surgical procedure and there are risks just as there are for any other invasive procedure for which you undergo anesthesia.... the final cost depends on how much you are having done and how long you are under anesthesia..... best regards....
