2 things:
That's code for U.N. commissars telling Americans what temperature it's gonna be in our outdoors. I say, let the world warm up! See what Boutros Boutros-By-Golly thinks about that! We'll grow oranges in Alaska! -- Dale Gribble
And:
You may be interested to know that global warming, earthquakes, hurricanes, and other natural disasters are a direct effect of the shrinking numbers of Pirates since the 1800s. For your interest, I have included a graph of the approximate number of pirates versus the average global temperature over the last 200 years. As you can see, there is a statistically significant inverse relationship between pirates and global temperature.

Thanking God, we have had a break from the horrid heat and humidity here in the northeast!! It's a comfortable 76, sunny with a light breeze. We had rain all day yesterday ... about 3 inches. I feel sorry for the folks in other parts of the US and around the world dealing with the hot and humid weather.

Well its summer on this side of the globe....so it would be hot and humid...
Its winter in Australia.....and rainy in Manila.....It always is this time of the year.....it always was and always will be....
The scientists are now talking about the new earth orbit around the sun...saying that in less then fifty years we will move to a point farther from the sun then we ever have been which may start a global cooling trend....what will all you guys do then???

How old are you? Probably young, right? Talk to your grandparents and ask them about temperatures when they were younger. You'll find out this is nothing new. There have always been long hot summers, and nobody ever whined about global warming. Cold winters and hot summers are nothing new.

I feel globally warmed every summer due to the angle of the earth allowing more sunlight to hit the northern hemisphere.

Since everything is relative I would say no.. can you believe London has been sweating under 33 degree heat?
It is a vicious cycle. The warmer it becomes the more power is sued which mean more pollution.
And I still see morons idling their cars on the road!!

I live in Reno, NV, in the high desert... and while it's hot as he-l-l... it's most certainly NOT humid. It's dry as anything.... would kill for a little humidity!
