Some people have no sense of being human. That guy was not! Most people would have tried to help you and said I'm sorry. I am sorry that you had such a bad experience with this guy. Hang in there and the next time step back instead of forward!@

I hate assholes. I know this because I am an asshole and sometimes I hate myself. But I usually am only an asshole to people I do not care about i.e. strangers. But I think that might be a learned response to people because people here in Florida are assholes all the time. I like to think of it as me "Beating them to the punch". ;-(

May as well be primitive as much a manners means in today's society. Sorry about your incident at Starbucks. There are a lot of jerks in this world. Please don't allow rude people to change the way you are...that would mean that they win.

Wow!! You have every reason in the world to be mad!! I'd be mad and upset too! The one thing that bothers me the most in this world is rude people!! It drives me crazy! I guess I just expect others to treat me the way I treat people. Sadly, the world doesn't always work like that. Just wanted you to know that I feel your pain and anger, you aren't alone!

That's the result of not being taught manners. Give me any American person who is under 30 today, and I will show you someone who doesn't have any manners.

my immediate answer would be: other ***holes. however, in your case there are redeeming facts. find out who he is if you can, and under your facts you might be able to nail him in small claims court for any damages (if any, and there seem to be) based on his negligence, if in fact he was (negligent). a fun research project at the "law library" regarding "negligence--lack of due care".

....and that is why we hate ***holes. ....and to GreatApe, the word is chivalry, and it is not dead. Even if it was, that's just a case of someone with bad manners, probably narcissistic, and an ***hole.
