Spend fifteen minutes a day reading out loud. You should record your sessions, these recorded sessions can be used two ways. Play them back to yourself and ask yourself, does this sound right? And have an English speaker listen to them and ask the to make suggestions, etc. Also, if you live in a populous city in India there is probably a Dell or Similar call center with jobs available. Your English will improve by talking to Americans calling in a desperate effort to resolve their computer problems. Most American companies with call centers in America do not care what your level of proficiency is since they don't care to resolve their concerns.

Seek out a certified speech-language pathologist via the American Speech Language and Hearing Association at asha.org. They can help people who are learning English as a second language. You can also probably locate a speech pathologist at a local hospital or outpatient rehabilitation center.

Speaking with someone who knows English is best. this way you can actually pick up on terms and how native English speaking people actually speak. Find someone over the net that has instant messenger to speak with.
