No. Most of the tornadoes that occur happen right here in the good ole USA. They are American as apple pie.

I don't believe so seeing as the part of the U.S. where tornadoes frequently occur is so environmentally unique to other parts of the world. I suppose it's possible in parts of the world such as very southern regions of Africa and South America, but I believe they're elevation above sea level would restrict the necessary warm air pockets from mixing with the cold air in such a humid atmosphere.

I believe Tornado is a spanish word and I'd bet more than rain hits the plain in Spain.

New Zealand and Australia frequently have them. I seen a massive one in Austtralia 6 years ago

The do happen in other places, not often I may add. The US is where the majority occur.
