Great album!
I remember when Relax was released and banned. Tame by todays standards but the song rocked then and still does now. In fact Robbie Williams got the musical inspiration from that with Kids!!
The power of love has to be one of the best ballads ever, haunting!!

FGTH - a vastly underrated band. I think all of the hype around the band muddled actually hearing what brilliant musicians and songwriters they were. "Pleasuredome" is indeed a classic. However, their second album, "Liverpool" is without a doubt absolutely brilliant. It is a MUST hear. A great shame this ensemble only created two albums; however at least we have two brilliant works to enjoy forever. Viva FGTH!!

Fantastic track.

Did you know that Trevor Horn (producer) actually put all the notes through a synth to get the perfect note, pitch, etc and this is one of the reasons (perfect sound) why FGTH songs were so popular besides being so good anyway.

i don't think 1984 would have been 1984 without the part where the main character has sex with the toothless prostitute... i know it was a very important social/political commentary, but Orwell really knocked it out of the proverbial park with the toothless whore.

I agree with you. With out a doubt one of the best records ever made. I had my first sexual experience to it lol... I was blown away though many years later when I found out that most of the words of the song was from ancient texts.... wot a nob was I??? lol
