who really believes there is truth in horoscopes?

no one knows your destiny...............i dont believe in palmists and people who believe they can tell your future.......it's all rubbish........i believe in deeds.....you make your own future......if you're hardworking, talented, and ggod, you can predict that your life will be good.......future is predicted from our deeds

it's just similar to how ppl will go to heaven.......if you're good and believe in god, one can tell you'll go to heaven

if you're not good, you'll know that you're gonna go to hell

I believe so ..... I didn't always though it wasn't til I met my current boyfriend of 3 years that it all started to make sense.

Me and him were both born on cusps meaning we are each a combination of two signs. I know that doesn't sound believable but it is true. I am a pisces aries mix. I have most characterisitics of a pisces until I am challenged or upset then my true fiery aries comes out.

He is a scorpio libra mix. and same thing happens there.

It is a good mix for us cause although the aries and scorpio don't get a long the other two sign balance it out. meaning libra aries is a good match and so is pisces scorpio.

We are on the same page with our relationship and it has been to be quite passionate and loving.

Don't just buy into those daily horoscopes in the daily paper do your research and find your true self. Or at least what u will and see if it compares to you and how you react to everyday situations and other people.

If you really want an accurate astrological 'reading'...You need to enter 'all' of your pertinent birth information, either into a program---on the computer, or find a 'reputable' astrologer (perferably, one who only does astrology, not a 'psychic', that's 360 from what you're looking for) You would have a choice as far as what you're looking for, and, some astologers might make you a package 'deal'...Your 'birth chart' or Natal Chart----Progressed Chart, that can bring you up to date, with what is happening in your life, now, and or in the 'future', Compatability Chart, to check out, someone new, or see if it's worth keeping the one you already have. Having a more detailed chart done, can definitely give you more information, suited just for you! This information can be done on the internet---free of charge, or you can buy, or rent a program. (*So, you don't have to pay anyone, unless you want to) A professional astrologer, emphasis is on the word 'professional', does charts and readings for a living, in choosing one, look for one, that is up front about pricing, has had 'hopefully' over 10 years experience, and possibly some background (or degree in counselling). I'm sure, you'll see a significant difference, than what you read in the newspaper (plus, it has to be generic, in the paper, because, it has to cover a general area --- just the sun sign)

Yes, I believe there is truth in horoscopes. I am a Capricorn and many traits attributed to a Capricorn person can be found in my behaviour. As a matter of fact I like being a Capricorn, I feel I am on a different level, more romantic, more industrious, more of a dreamer, leaning to classical music, good books, certainly attracted to beautiful women especially other Capricorns which I seem to be able to pick out.

Horoscopes themselves aren't always true; you've got to find the right astrologer. I know theres' this one newspaper I pick up now and then, and the 'scopes in there are consistently true while other newspapers' horoscopes suck.

As for like.. the personality traits of the people born under whatever sign.. I think for the general population, it's true. I've met so many people and instantly correctly guessed thier sign because it's so obvious.

I don't read the horoscopes in the papers because they are vague. But six years ago I began to study astrology. I used everyone's natal chart (I know personally and intimately) and began to study them from the ground up. What I found is that astrology is dead on point and can predict the future. I was lead to astrology because of my depressing roller coaster ride of a life. The sad thing I learned is that my life truly does sucks. My astrology supports my experiences both past and present and doesn't paint a good picture for the future. If you get a real astrology reading it will reveal all. It reveals broad information about ones life, such as if your life will suck or shine. As well as fine details about health, love relationships (outcomes of love triangles), sexuality, hidden secrets, etc. There is so much information that there is no end. A true astrologer rates are worth it, because to study an one persons life is very time consuming. I did it for the sake of learning, but it's revelations are worth it's weight in GOLD.

Well I think that they write the Horoscopes so vag that you can relate it to your life, and that in some way if you look into the smallest of things they are true. But for the most part just live your life the way you want to not how you are told to.

Ok my friend's uncle worked for a newspaper abroad and she told me that they'd pick chits to decide what kind of a horoscope each sign would get that week.... So I don't believe in what they predict bout horoscopes. That being said, I strongly, strongly believe in the characteristics of the zodiac signs. I am Scorpio and almost everything that they say bout us is true, atleast for me.

I didn't believe in astrology. I read it just for fun but almost everything I read in my horoscope comes true!!! To be honest, I think that many people hope there's something that indicates if they match with the one they love. If their horoscope says they don't match, I think they stop believing in it, to find theirselves on their own and not according to the stars.

Astrology is not a religion, it is the study of planetary motion and the correlation of those to our life here on Earth. Belief is a word that means a feeling that something exists or is true, especially one without proof - it does not relate to the study of astrology, therefore I don't believe in astrology.

I believe Astrology based upon your birth date, birth place and exact time of birth works. Sun sign horoscopes do not.

Nobody believes in horoscopes because they're not based on truth. Truth never changes, and it is what it is. Santa Clause, horoscopes, fairy tales, folklore, and fiction are all tales.
