I was reading some of the replies you received and I can honestly say they pissed me off I can not even believe the nerve of some of these people to call you a bad parent because you where asking for free stuff who knows what you are talking about or what your situation is. I am a single mother to two children and I am not on welfare and only one father for my kids and we where together for 7 years and he decided he was tired of the responsibility of raising kids and having a family. I love free stuff does that make me a bad parent? I am in medical school and trying to raise babies so for these people to judge you was wrong and they should be ashamed of themselves. I am so sorry people talked to you like that and the person saying you should have had an abortion can go to hell I can't even believe she had the audacity to go there.
You keep your head up and stay strong. Oh by the way you find any good free websites please let me know!!!! LOL

See if you are eligible for WIC:
http://www.fns.usda.gov/wic/
It was a life saver for me!!

Ask your doctor for some places they could recommend

Talk to all the friends, family, and coworkers you know! You won't even have to ask for it, they'll just give it to you because they don't want/need it anymore and be glad to get rid of it!

Check out flea markets, thrift stores, etc - not free, but next to nothing! That's the only place I'll buy kids clothes - they grow out of it fast and it gets stained, so no sense in wasting good money!! They look cute in whatever they wear!

I knew exactly what you meant the second I read your post!

I myself am 14 weeks, and was surfing google for free magazines, brochures, cool pregnancy websites, etc.

A few ideas. (Do a google search for these websites)

Nestle Good Start (pregnancy website, signs you up for samples)

Enfamil (free gifts)

Pampers (coupons, coupons, coupons)

Huggies (see above)

American Baby, Baby Talk, and Baby Center- free mags

Similac (free gifts)

Parents Choice (formula sample)

Your OB/GYN might have some free gifts, coupons, and stuff to sign up for as well!

You can also just search for "Baby coupons","baby sweepstakes" etc.

Good luck!

enfamil.com (I got free cans of formula for joining their baby club)

huggies.com (join the club and get a free diaper starter set by mail)

babytalk.com (free magazine subscription, which has tons of good information)

americanbaby.com (free magazine subscription)

I agree w/ yard sales though. It won't be free, but it will be cheap. I just got a pair of baby Gap jeans today at a yard sale for 25 cents!

When you get pregnant somehow your name gets on list and companies star sending you all sorts of things.

I am sure someone will give you a baby shower - perhaps your mom or a family member.
