Do you beleive that a black,white jew, gentile could discuss politics or religeion in a mature exchange without the conversation becoming racial?

yes things only become racial when one of the group does not have the intellectual capacity to hold up there end of the discussion and therefor feels like every one else is trying to pick on them

I could, if one can express that opinion with passion and power without offending someone by making remarks that are unbecoming to anothers beliefs then sure the discussion could happen and even can the future for the better
