I guess I would think about if you are going to have another child and if you plan to breast feed and ask the doctor if it will affect that. If your size is making you physically uncomfortable and perhaps hurting you emotionally I would talk this out with a counsellor and then with a plastic surgon. I think we are all beautiful the way we are, but if something is hurting our physical funtion or really hurting our self esteem we should get help. I do not believe in inplants however and most plastic surgery. I have some stuff on my face that people made fun of me in middle school. It still hurts me daily even though I am grown up. I am going to ask the dermatologist to help me get the moles off. It has been over 20 years and I think I have hurt long enough.
Take care and make sure whatever you do you think about it for a long time. I know someone who had that surgery she was more comfortable about it.

i'm 35 and that i undergo in options experiencing something similar even as replaced into close on your age. I had an extremely good and various experience of style. i ought to gown for pastime interviews searching like a pirate wench or a depraved witch. I felt solid and hence anticipated to be common. for sure I under no circumstances replaced into. fortunate for you you aren't to any extent further as out of contact with reality as i replaced into, yet are you dressing like a fashionable 19 twelve months previous male? I took a category once that taught interview skills, and so on. and the challenge of gown did arise. We were taught to gown as undeniable and conservatively as conceivable. party: impartial gown blouse, slacks, no longer denims or Dickies, per chance a tie, and shoes that do not draw interest to themselves. Hair is so significant. i understand the Zac Efron do is extremely widespread at present, yet you may attempt a part area or purely comb all of it decrease back. i understand its a uninteresting regularly happening guy's coiffure, yet as an man or woman the Zac form seems somewhat like mattress hair... the perception replaced into that in case your clothing were no longer interest grabbing then the interviewer must be paying extra interest on your solutions than your outfit. pretty once you're a cutie-pie. the modern hair and clothing purely may go away the impression of youthful and relaxing once you're going for in charge and reliable. If drabbing your look down too a lot makes you too uncomfortable to interview properly, then do not set your self up. Shoot for jobs the position you ought to be your youthful, amazing self and hardship about searching older once you're older.

I think a samller size will compliment your figure better... Talk to a surgeon and get their opinion... Also, if it's affecting your back you totally want to do a reduction... Have you talked to your husband or significant other... what do they think?
