Maybe you need to actually visit third-world countries. Some aren't as bad as you think. Some are run by corrupt morons.

I think the term is honestly racist and condescending. Many third-world countries have far superior education systems than America. No joke. It surprised me, being from a so-called third-world nation.

That's pathetic.

Yes, I think so. I think everyone is born equal to have the ability to think and do right things. Sometimes, they can't because of their circumstances or environment such as in some poor countries, they don't have the means to get an education, and so that decrease or handicapped their abilities... Or they have got some bad influence, such as Alqaida, which makes them want to join the "holy" war to kill people. If guided and taught properly, they can do the right things.

The fact that your asking this in earnest appalls me, your ignorance astounds, and I don't mean that to be rude because there are many others out there who feel that people from third world countries can't think or do because they come from far away places hey don't understand. You should keep in mind that all people are are in fact people and that one person is just as capable as the next no matter who they are or where they are from.

But there is a limit to what a person can do if the government is corrupt and treats people like vermin.

Darfur in the Sudan comes to mind, as the ruler is eradicating those who may be against him, either form religious or political beliefs.
