Ive never wore sneakers with capris. Does that look dumb? whats about socks? Ankle socks?

I've seen plenty of people wear sneakers with capris. Usually snazzy, colorful ones. I don't remember socks; if they were, it was probably those bootie socks you can't really see anyway. I think it's all about what YOU think looks good, anyway. Why be a fake ? Just show off your own style, and people will respect you for it. ( At least real people will. Some people get all hung up about what some snobby person tells them they should do, and then tease other people to make themselves feel better. Don't sweat THOSE types !! ) Sometimes you can wear sandals, and sometimes sneakers. It should also depend on what you're planning on doing, since sometimes it's just safer to wear shoes with some kind of support if you're going to be walking somewhere uneven, and you could slip out of sandals and hurt yourself. Limping around all gimpy isn't likely to make you look any cuter !

It would look bad with ankle pants, or long capris. But capris that end at the middle of your shin can wear them with ankle socks and sneakers.

Capris with little flats would be really cute. Ankle socks are a big no no.

yes u should defintly wear ankle socks if u do that it dosnt look rlly rlly stupid its just not as cool as wearing flip flops with sneakers but like if u were wearing capris and u wanted 2 go outside 2 like kick a soccer ball and u had 2 wear sneakers or something like that it wouldnt look rlly stupid it would actully ook normal but if u do that u should defintly wear ankle socks with them : )

Open toed shoes would look better, but nice sneakers would look ok as long as you don't wear long socks.
