It means your emotions are very easily read by other people.
For example - if someone you really like shows an interest in you, you are very quick to show affection back. Or, if someone you like gives you a cold shoulder, it is very evident to everyone that you are extremely upset about it.
It's just sometimes better to keep your emotions in-check before letting your true feelings show. It scares some people away.
