Go out to a really nice restaurant downtown with all of your best friends!
And then, walk around downtown and enjoy the nightlife! You could even go dancing at an 18+ club, if there are any. This is assuming your city has a nice downtown... :)

On my 18th birthday I took my girlfriend and her friend out to a nice dinner and to see Ella Fitzgerald. Afterwards we went home and all had sex.
Of course, that was 1984 and Ella Fitzgerald is dead now and girls aren't as fun anymore.

I had my first girl on girl experience. I am not a lesbian but it was a lot of fun and by th way, my bf was in the room watching us and the NBA championship at the same time. Lotta fun! Think about it...
