I have 2 nephews who are 23 and 25 both 6'2" and weight around 170 lbs. Healthy and lean, not skinny.
When I was between 16 and 29, at 5'11 1/2" I weighed 157 lbs
Felt just fine.
I am now 180 lbs

Yes, 6' 1" is above average, I believe average height is some were around 5' 10".

That totally depends on your build. If you have a small frame and not very broad shoulders than you are probably overweight. If you are broad shouldered and muscular, then you are okay. My husband is 6'1" and weighs about 205, he's got broad shoulders and a muscular build. His brother is 5' 10" and weighs 210 but he is very stocky and muscular and not fat at all. So, it's all dependent on body type.

You can't input height and weight and get a universal answer.
