Does anyone know where they have the Cowboy Bebop movie available to rent?

In St. Louis I have seen it at Family Video and Blockbuster, I think it is also at Hollywood Video, but I haven't been there in a while and don't remember.

Tower Records. They rent alot cheaper than Blockbuster.
