That (as Descartes said) I exist and I think.
I am a "thinking thing".
Everything else, even my own body, the existence of the material world, and all other people, could (in theory) be just an illusion.
But if I didn't exist or didn't think, I couldn't think about existing.
So, I can know with absolute certainty that I exist as a "thinking thing".
Everything else, including all science and religion, is a matter of faith.

The Bible is truth
How someone who knows the Truth can walk away from their beliefs - how can a police officer be a serial killer or rapist
How can a teacher molest kids
How can a Christian walk away from everything they've been taught
How does a mother purposely harm her children. Or a father either for that matter?
These have no reasoning

Well that everyone we love and care for will eventually leave us in some shape, way or form...and that we can never control who we meet and why we meet theses people. Some people will die on us, others will stop talking to us altogether like we mean nothing naymore to them. So rather people die, fade away or stop talking to us.. eventually everyone we love/loved will go away never to be heard from again. Loss is apart of life and I used to try to stay in touch with everyone affaird to lose poeple but its jus a waste of time cus if they are gonna leave they are gonna leave ..I realized this after a women whom i was in love with stopped talking ot me like i was nothing. , cus she didn't have feelings for me back..I cried everyday.
In short everyone we love will leave us.
