I just found out that my brothers new wife has been chatting online with guys. She spends all his $$$, he is in the armed forces and out of state, should I confront her or tell him?

Tell her she needs to come clean with her husband, and if she won't you will.

I think at first try to understand exactly what she does and then if you found something wrong then tell your brother indirectly. if something happens for example they have an argue with each other probably at last every thing may brake down on your head so be carefull not to do wrong that then all says it was your fault.

While I understand your desire to protect your brother, I would stay out of it. Because there is potential for your sister-in-law to make your brother think that you're just being a trouble maker. Unless you walk in on her actually physically cheating, I would keep my mouth shut.

i would do both, if she start lying to you. beat her down, than tell your brother. make sure you got something to show him or somethings. sometimes. people in your family dont always listen or believe you.

before you do either have proof. solid proof to back it up. then confront both of them with the proof.
