Everyday we read about and hear media reports of gang related violence. Innocent bystanders are being killed and injured at an alarming rate! MS13, Bloods & Crips, and other violent gangs are allowed to exist and victimize our society at will. Why does this country tolerate this behavior and continue to allow these vicious packs of societal vermine to exist?

That is the right question. Why?? I think these dudes need to be prosecuted under the Homeland Security regs and treated the same way insurgents are in Iraq. Gang violence is no different from other forms of terrorism. Intimidation, murder, etc, etc. Let's send these boys to Gitmo and soon.

fear, and not enough police. besides, most of these gang members are under legal age, so they can't be sent to jail for long.
