Tangerine Dream was a '70s psychedelic/electronic band that put out some weird slightly creepy music.

"Pork Soda" by Primus is pretty humorous and odd.

I love the band Ween. I'd say some of their stuff is downright weird, like the song "Spinal Meningitis".

I wouldn't necessarily say the music of Sparklehorse is that strange, but it's something you might like.

The album "I Killed My Best Friend" by Le Volume Courbe is interesting electropop.

If you mean non-Western, try listening to some Javanese or Balinese Gamelans, which don't use the normal western equal-temerament tuning system.

You may also enjoy contemporary, atonal, "art" music (like John Cage), which has interesting sonorities. Beware though; the border between "noise" and "music" gets fuzzier with art music...

the ones i know of are old, dan hicks and his hot licks is a good one. the song, because he is, is my favorite.
