i'm 17, and recently at a party my brother (16 y.o.) and i were the victims of a prank; they tied our hands behind our backs and made us kneel down and kiss each other in front of everyone and i think someone even took pictures of it...isn't this against the law or something???

I think that it depends on how much consent that you and your brother gave to the pranksters. If you gave them carte blanche, it pretty much would be difficult to indicate that the two of you were opposed. If you voiced an objection, then I would guess that it was an illegal act as you were participating non-consentually.
Honestly, it's difficult to tell based on the lack of context. However, either of you had the legal right to refuse, and if you did and made you go through with it anyway, that would constitute abuse. On the other hand, if the two of you were unwittingly yet willing participants (that is, you went along with it even though you didn't like it), then nothing illegal occurred.
As strange as it sounds, there is no crime in kissing your brother or being photographed in a setting where cameras are permitted. It a matter of whether or not you were violated in this act. Without knowing other details (not that I'm asking for them), it really could go either way.

I can't imagine how you must be feeling. That was rotten of them to do that to you. I pray you don't consider them friends... because they're not. Although you probably feel pretty YUCK about the whole thing just remember that it's not horrible. I hope you and your brother have talked about what happened and don't blame each other. It will be ok.

Doubt that it's against the law although you might make assault charges stick but you ought to re-think the kinds of people you go to parties with.

i mean hun its not iiligal its just wrong as long as you two dont do it again nothing will happen i mean you seemed grosse out by it so i am assuming that you would never do it again !It was an evil prank and whoever laughes at it is immature and needs to grow up!

it was just a prank-gross and inappropriate-but just a prank, don't read too much into it as much as your grossed out----but just a tip-don't go to a party like that again eh? lol ---wow...if more than that went on then there is a bit more of a prob though....
