What numerical score allows me to pass the MPRE in Illinois? Is is scored against everyone else (relatively)? My current score is 38/60. Would that be a passing score?

The MPRE is scored objectively and scaled nationally.

The scale itself ranges from 50 to 150. Most states require a scaled score between 75 and 90. According to several sites I checked, Illinois requires a scaled score of 80 on the MPRE.

Two years ago, I got a raw 38 out of 50, which scaled to 118. Apparently, they've since gone to 60 questions. I'd still say 38 out of 60 is not too bad.

Yes, they have the intention to legalize this. This will first have to pass through the bill approval process. There is no way to know exactly for sure when this will be, so just keep following the news about this and keep on buying your stuff illegally in the mean time, as you obviously do. Please take note as well that it will be for medical use only. In your case you can give dyslexia as reason.
