If a woman is raped and becomes pregnant as a result, i do not believe she should keep the baby, Rape is a very serious matter and a very emotional one, when that woman sees her child, she will be reminded of how the baby was conceived, this could lead to serious long term problems within this "family" and eventually ruin someones life.
the reason being the mother can't stand to look at the child and takes her frustrations out on him/her, the best thing to do is probably have the child and give it up for adoption, children do have a right to live but if it was not the womans choice then she shouldn't have to go throught the trouble of raisng a child she doesn't want.

Why is the theory that purely strangers rape women so trouble-free? the very incontrovertible certainty that rape interior of marriage purely became against the law interior the 1990's interior the united kingdom must be some indicator that this phenomenon exists and subsequently so do many thousands, tens of millions of toddlers all over the realm because of it. How sensible and effective might want to it is to inform the youngster/? And in different international locations the position rape has been used in wars to humiliate women do you imagine the chilkdren comprehend that they are different? check out the toddlers who were conceived from rapes in Vietnam, in Rwanda, Kenya, Kossovo etc. opposite to three of the ideals on right here abortion continues to be very confusing you purchased for most women around the worls, and likewise nonetheless very risky! Oh! and to terminate, no longer egocentric, because if as women we really haven't any administration over our duplicate and fertility what might want to be the point? we are meant to be advanced, civilised beings, equivalent, such numerous of you believe on right here, so if it fairly is the case we've the right to stay our lives with or without toddlers, men have loved that actual from the dawning of time!

I would keep the baby, but give it up for adoption. Being against the destruction of any life I don't think that I need to explain the first part, so moving onto the second, what you might find as the child grows up is that you still harbor some resentment towards the child as living proof of the rape, and even worse as the child grows up (s)he might have physical traits like the rapist, which might be too much to bare.
Also, giving the child up for adoption and never having her know that (s)he was the result of a rape would probably be better for her self esteem.

It would be totally up to her, no one else could make that decision for her.
While it's not the child's fault, s/he would be a constant reminder of a very violent and traumatic act. Both the child and the mother might be better off if the child was given up for adoption to a family who really wants to give a child a good, loving home.
Abortion...I'm not really in favour of it, but I do think it should be the choice of the individual woman, especially in a case like this.

It would be up to the individual....If I were raped by a stranger, I would not choose to keep the baby....the baby would be a constant reminder to me of that terrible crime and I would be afraid that I couldn't give the baby the love and affection he/she deserves. I would put the baby up for adoption. At least then, the baby would receive the love and proper upbringing he/she deserves to have.

It's really up to her, but if it was me, I would be really self-conscious about raising the child of a rapist. The child might have the same tendencies growing up. I would have gotten a morning after pill right away. I don't think I could ever abort a baby, most likely give it up for adoption.

Yes, because it isn't the baby's fault that it was conceived in such a terrible way.

That is a decision that is best made by the woman.
What ever decision she makes, she should be supported on it.
