is there a reason she doesn't trust you. i feel if you are just talking as friends or discussing work related issues, that's fine... anything more like flirting or hookin up is bad

If you and your female co-worker are just friends and there is no sexual contact and the friendship didn't beging because there was mutual attraction to the other than it's fine. My husband has a few friends that are female that he works with. But if you are talking to your friend more than your girlfriend or talking about important things that you should be talking to your girlfriend about, well its not really cheating but its not cool either.

It all depends on what you both are talking about . The conversation should never be about you and her unless it is work related, but sometimes the subject seems to change when you start talking about your likes and dislikes. The next thing you know you both will be complaining about your spouse or your segniffecant other and that turns the subject on you two ,so just be very careful.

Cheating for you and your girl isn't defined by a dictionary but by negotiations between the two of you. If it's cheating to her, by dam, it's cheating unless you can convince her otherwise. Remember, what's sauce for the goose is sauce for the gander.

If she is only a friend and there is no sexual contract or anything at all there should not be anything wrong with a girl and a guy just being friends.

Why are you chatting with her to begin with?? If she is just a friend, you should introduce her to your girl, if you have nothing to hide. If it makes your girl uncomfortable, I would think twice about it.
