Who says it's a crime? The one even has a name, a golden shower, and the other is a regular offering (even though disgusting to me) of porn. And the women in those usually do it to themselves....

Depends on jurisdiction, but usually some variation of Battery by Bodily Waste. For those of you who don't actually know the law, "assault" is placing another person in fear of imminent bodily injury. No touching occurs with assault. Once the touching occurs it is "battery".
