Me..I would have left at 2:30....because of having to wait for red lights and traffic and........standing in line waiting for tickets, cause it may be too hot, too cold. or raining...and last but not least......the first ones in get to pick the good seats.....getting there late, in a crowded theater, you may get stuck behind some one real tall..........been there,,,,,done that......so now i go early....

You bit i would of left and gone to the movie...Your roommate knew you had made plans...Sounds like he is all for himself...Don't make anymore plans with him and start making plans with a friend you can count on...Have a good day...

Yes, because the good seats are probably taken and you get there early to get food too.
