That's always a good question.
At present I have my cell phone and keys in my left pocket and money , coin purse, chap stick and a small pack of kleenex in the right.
They are a little bulgy but that is OK since I am casually dressed.

Left front: glasses and a rubber band
Right Front: keys, two pocket knives, three pencils, and a pen
Left Rear: day calender (weird, I never use one of those) and 4 scraps of paper that used to have important messages/phone numbers on them
Right Rear: wallet

I've been cleaning house. In one pocket, I have $3.57 in change that I've picked up around the house. The other pocket is filled with little bits of string, paper and trash that I've snatched as I've cleaned. Now that I am done, I'm going to empty my pockets, pour a glass of wine, and sit in the pool. So my pockets will then be filled with water.

I have on a denim skirt , in my right pocket I have 2 dimes, 8 pennies and 1 nickel. My left pocket is empty, Funny Questiion.

Fuzzballs. Darned if I know how they got there. What do they do there anyway? You know, I wouldn't be at all surprised if they've learned the art of teleportation and are involved in a conspiracy against the human race - to expose our innermost, deepest secrets by finding out what we carry in our pockets. You're probably the kingpin, come to think of it. Why do you even want to know what we carry in our pockets?

Well right now nothing because im wearing shorts that dont have pockets but i usually carry money and my cell phone.

...in the left pocket I have my cellphone and a gem which is my goodluck charm....I dont know the english word for it, in germany its called fluorit, its from ireland and in the right pocket I have two more gems, a sodalith from greenland and a labradorit from labrador and of course a few cents and pennies :-)
