I see so many dash cam videos of folks shooting cops and stuff like that, they plainly did the crime and tried to kill somebody doing thier job, why cant we cut the bulls**t and just shoot them and get rid of these slimeballs?

yes some video can be faked, but when a cop pulls over a guy, and then him and his buddy pulls out guns and opens fire ona cop it's not faked or that bad a quality. Yes everyone is entitled to a fair trial, but you should get the death sentence and not a life sentance in jail, they clearly don't care about the lives of others if they are so prone to shoot folks.

Because everyone is innocent until proven guilty at trial, and usually before a jury of their peers.
Some people like to play fast and loose with the protections offered to the accused (for everyone but themselves, of course!), but the fact is, video evidence is often of terrible quality, and can be faked.

Two people are cutting two victims in two different places at the same time. Are they both criminals?
One is trying to kill. He is a criminal.
The other is opening your throat so you can breathe.
How would you know just by watching a black and white video at 2 frames per second?

they need a fair trial so they can know they had a chance to live... wich they didn't, but at least they think that! Or maybe they had if they slipped the judge a 2000 $$$ bribe (true story)

depends on what they plead and it is part of our freedoms and liberties to have a fair and quick trial before a court of law.
