Why can't the arab government with so much money and oil power present united front and pressurise world community to act against the israel butchery

Why? Because Arab militants started the whole thing, and most Arab governments understand that.
Go ahead and thank Hamas, then send a follow up thank-you to Hezbollah. As is quite obvious after all this fighting, even Arabs as a whole seem to be turning a blind eye to all this.
And if the Arabs don't see fit to step in and say "Stop!", why are *you* convinced Israel is so wrong?

Why don't you try reading the newspaper? An excellent article today by Charles Krauthammer reports that many Arab nations would like for Condoleezza Rice NOT to pursue a peaceful settlement of the Israel/Hezbollah problem, because the Arabs regard Hezbollah as a serious problem and want Hezbollah neutralized, even it has to be done by Israel. As for butchery, an Israeli 155mm artillery shell is at least a little less "up close and personal" than the terrorist's sword being used for beheadings.

All war is barbarous... so is terrorism. Unfortunately, sometimes war is a necessary evil. Israel is only doing what any self respecting country would do when attacked. So the question really should be, "Why do the Arab governments not do more to stop their fellow Arabs (and Persians) from stupidly carrying on with this barbarous idiocy of attacking innocent Israelis... Who only want to be left in peace to live and prosper in their own country?".
