ebay or a shop
sorry - bit flippant there.
i have to admit that i do a lot of my shopping on the net - not food shopping but retail therapy. you can find just about anything and most of the time a lot cheaper than in the shops
i am a self confessed ebayer so i would give that a shot as well

somewhat brown. blue tights look too 80ish for me. if the boots are darkish brown attempt going with a lighter brown pair of tights or if the boots are gentle brown attempt going a tad bit darker with the brown tights.

My best guesses would be e-bay, craig's list, or a thrift store. Hope this helps!

have you tried on e-bay or if not try Dolcis - but it does depend on how much you want to spend on them?
Hope this has been helpful.
