Who gets to decide who's ugly and who's not?Its a personal preference and every ones different,yes make up can enhance your appearance but you should be happy in your own skin we are all beautiful in our own ways we just need the right people to see it.And take it from someone who knows you don't want to be loved for the way you look its not peoples perception of you its the way you perceive yourself that is important

Looks are relative, one person's ideal of cute may not be the same to another. The only opinion's that matter are yours, and the people that you love and love you back. There is someone for everyone in this life! Make up should only enhance your features, not disguise them, so less is more. Some people are born with more outer beauty than others, but inner beauty is what attracts the right people for one's life. There is no substitute for being beautiful on the inside, and that's where your focus should be.

totally, you could be cute with make up, and i betcha without too. i wouldn't care too much about what ppl are saying, esp the ones who don't talk nice. pay attention to ppl that are positive and have it going on in their life.
