it does not cost you money to recieve downloads via bluetooth via another phone it is free
if you choose to download items on your phone ie ringtones or pictures or videos via the blue service plan you have to pay

I have a Nokia and use the bluetooth to send anyone within family or friends wallpapers etc. free of charge. You have to be close to that person in range otherwise the signal won't work. You can also name your bluetooth with a nickname.

Nope, bluetooth between people is completely free. Its exactly like 2-way radios except you can send pictures and files instead of voices.

no. bluetooth is a wireless tech that enables the users to interact with other bluetooth devices, geek talk...ip packet sent about 5m or less...same way the internet works but just like a remote dear..

No thats what so cool about having bluetooth.......its freee!!! the only disadvantage is that you cant be further than 10meters from the celphone that u send to or recieving from.
