I can't come up with a good format for the Home page that matches the other pages, while still gets all the info on there. Any ideas?

Remove the white layer at the bottom of the Homepage picture. Leave any news for the News section.

Also, if you can get a picture of the background on the Homepage image with nobody in it, that would probably work well as a backdrop for the other pages. It would create the uniformity that you are looking for. It would also get rid of the "dead space" that you have on the other pages. You could also just use the Homepage image with a white opaque layer over the entire image which would actually probably be better.

One last suggestion, don't remove any of the menu options at the top of the page when you navigate to a different page. Keep it the same for all the pages. If you ever decide to add or remove any section, it will make your life a lot easier since all you will need to do is cut and paste. Also, the menu width keeps changing depending on which page you are on which makes it seem quirky.

As a sidenote, I dig the music.

And one last thing, back up your website before you make any changes in case you don't like what you changed.

I think the bios page makes a good homepage. You've already got a good/unique look going. I think you just need to step back from it for awhile, rest. Come back with new perspective in a day or so. Sometimes we get 'improvement addicted' in a project...can't see when it's good enough already. My 2 cents...
