I have just waited for 11 minutes to finally open my mailbox. It then crashed once I tried to open a message but at least i could see what was in the inbox. Try that. I am on broadband.

there's nothing you can do right now, just wait for them to fix it finally. I haven't been able to get into my mail for 7 hours now... .
