No, I don't think the world has to be more afraid than it already was. Despite Israel's lopsided 'defensive action', Israel doesn't really want to stay in southern Lebanon, they just want Hezbollah out or at least disarmed. And no Arab country will publically send in any troops to try to stop Israel.
Once they establish some sort of empty no-mans land, Israel will probably sucker NATO or some other 'coalition of the willing' to act as guardians of the buffer zone they created, so they can withdraw. This will end the offensive phase of their action.
After that, things will slow down to the odd car bomb, or suicide jihadist.
Everyone can relax, there is no oil in Lebanon.

I am very concerned because of all the nuclear weapons. These people have never had a good relationship in 5000 years.

yes, soon syria will be in the war followed by Iran, at that point, USA will have to intervene, and to stop that, china or russia can get involved. not to mention the underground nuclear club.

im not afraid yet but this is already out of control and its going to get worse this war which has just started is going to be very important in the history of this generation

Yes, especially if Syria and Iran get involved - they have nuclear weapons.
