Before you go to bed, like about 30 minutes before, eat a small snack. I suggest 1-2 oz of turkey (triptophan - spelling approximate), a cracker or a cookie, or if you are concerned about your weight - a low glycemic carbohydrate, like ½ apple, and also some nuts - almonds or peanuts are best. Don't drink any liquids after 7:00 pm at night, and try to pee before you go to bed. This is a recipe for some slow burning energy that will help level your blood sugar out for the night.
If your bedwetting is due to your brain seeking blood sugar, because it is getting low in the middle of the night, this recipe will help that.

maybe you should try and stop drinking liquids at a certain time every night and see if that helps you any..or maybe you should see a doctor your bladder might not be growing with the rest of your body..my daughter had the same problem a couple years ago...i just cut off all liquids except water after 6 and then limited that too.

You need to talk to your parents about this and ask to see a doctor. See your family doctor first is you need a referral to a urologist. Seek the advice of a professional. Good luck!

I think you think about peeing too much when you're on the toilet and when you're good and relaxed (in bed) by that time your bladder is too full and it comes out on its own.
Go see a doctor!

Talk to your parents. A minor should not be getting advice from anyone else.
