I was reading some resolved questions and I saw another question about whether all the good questions have been asked and what will happen then. I know, people will just keep asking them. Sorry for putting this under Arts and Humanities but I get better answers here than under Polls and Surveys.

Of course it is Sweety and in 20 - 30 years when these people have kids and there IS a way to call back, or w/e they call it then many of them will be embarassed! "Oh I didn't mean it like that..." and that hole scene! Word's will have the meaning they ascribe to them, our 200* meanings will be forgotten!

I'm relatively new to this, and I don't enjoy idle chatter.

I like intelligent conversation and I want to know how the people feel about things we deal with every day.

Certainly some of this is wild stuff, and a lot I ignore, but some are really smart types that I hope to deal with more often.

Of course, I don't have that much time on my hands.

I constantly come up with new questions and this seems to be a good place to voice them.

So, I feel if dealt with properly, this could be an excellent place to learn a lot from what's going on in the real world.

The rest of the world became phony.

I like to put my questions under Arts and Humanities because most of my questions involve creative writing and Edna who just answered your question needs to get a life and stop reporting people. She needs to stop talking so dirty and stop asking stupid questions. My questions are usually intelligent and thought provoking so no, all the intelligent questions have not already been asked. Humans always feel the need to seek knowledge. I put some of my questions under Polls and Surveys and people didn't put much detail in their answers so they makes me angry, but oh well. They were good questions after all. To answer your question, Yahoo Answers has become a chat room, but I like to get peoples' opinions on certain things.

Well I think so because everyone is like talking and stuff, but it can be a resource because you can ask a homework question and you might be able to get a lot of anwsers, but otherwise people just come here for fun to ask really random or important questions.

yes. It's fun and interesting. I like to learn answers from other people or ask many questions to find the solution. Plus you earn points for every right answer. Bye.

No it really reminds me of the Usenet in the "olden days" Watch for FAQs, and replies to questions to be "Before posting a question, read the f'ing FAQ"

Some people think that it is a good way to find somebody else to chat with.

No not really at all. It's more like a message board where you can only post one reply.
