Sometimes when I have a buzz i can't concentrate. When I've been programming all night, I have this awkward feeling in my brain and at the same time I make redeiculously stupid thoughts come to life. On a normal day, I feel fine.
So my question is, do stupid people actually FEEL that feeling all the time? Or do they just feel normal?
I've heard people say the figure of speech, "I feel stupid" so I'd like to know if you really can

I think your question is great, and definitely not "stupid". I did get an opportunity to live out such an experience, and the answer is yes, you can feel stupid.
For several years, I spent a considerable amount of time in attics, performing evaluations and remedying indoor air quality problems. One summer, after being continuously exposed to temperatures in the range of 150 degrees or more, I had a heat stroke. The m.r.i showed a substantial amount of damaged brain tissue as a result. For several months, my mental functions were considerably diminished, and I found out first hand what it means to live a life where simple functions are a mental strain.
I felt very stupid. Now, when someone is struggling to figure something out that comes easy for me, I'm considerably more patient. When I see that worried and embarrassed look, I know just how they feel. They feel stupid. But instead of thinking, "what a retard!", Now I do my best to lighten their load and make their day a little more tolerable.
The good news is, this business of brain cells dying and being irreplaceable is an old wives' tale. I've created new neural pathways and have surpassed my former capacity. And, I have gained the gift of understanding for those trapped in a world where the simple mental functions that you & I take for granted are a continuous challenge.

Every person has at one point felt stupid about something. It depends on the situation or what you did to make you feel or think that way. It's normal to feel stupid but that doesn't mean we are. Sounds like you spend alot of time programming, suggest you take breaks in between so the brain can get some rest too. If you can do that (and I can't - progam) you definitely aren't stupid.

I'm also programming my website and when it seem that nothing is being done, I'd also feel some sense of unproductivity (not feeling "stupid" though).
