I read that when you hold ice in your hands, it drops your body temperature a little bit. But dont hold the ice so long because you can get frostbite. When it starts to hurt, stop. This change in body temperature will last at least an hour. Dont use a hand-made, paper fan because as you are moving you arm to cool yourself off, you are burning calories. When you burn calories, your body temperature rises. Try to stay where its cool as often as possible (air conidtioning, shade). Also, swimming really helps!!! :)

Shade, sweating alot, sweat is water that exits out your pores, then evaporates taking some of the heat from your body, and in turn cooling you down, the best way to cool down fast is with water, u can cool down many times faster if u were in 100degree weather, and dove in a 40 degree water, than if u were in 100 degree weather and went in a room that was 40 degrees.

Try to get away from the heat. Go to somewhere air conditioned. Or you could be in water. Like the pool, or the beach. Remember to drink lots of water.
