I'm african-american female.
I work very hard.
I also drink a lot of water.

is sweat really the problem or odour?? I have changed to a health food store deodorant which prevents smell.
there are a lot of chemicals in deodorants like aluminium that you do not want, those toxins in your body cause cancers.
the health store person suggested this spray for odour called Spray Mist which is made from an natural fresh deodorant crystal (you know those rock deodorants) she is a heavier set girl and she told me she went on a bike ride and she was amazed she did not have to re-apply it...
I have tried it for a month now and I might sweat but I don't smell.... Sweating is natural... It works so much better then I ever expected...
