On yahoo 360, how an i able to accept invitations to be added on others friend list?

a friend of mine sent me an invite to be put on her friend list, and she told me that i wasn't accepting invitations, how do i fix it to where i will be able to accect invites??

you should recieve an e-mail for the request, check in your bulk mail section. sometimes they end up there
