i have done alot of research into it, just want to know from couples where the woman has had an underactive thyroid or hypothyroidism.

k_a - alot of places including my GP have said it can be more than twice as heard to concieve with hypothyroidism, and there is supposed to be an increased chance of miscarraige.

I have hypothyroidism and I had no problems getting pregnant once I was on the appropriate dose of Thyroxine.I had problems getting pregnant and I went to the doctors and they found I had Hpothyroidism , once I started taking it I got pregnant.

I'm 19 and was diagnosed with hypothyroidism at 8 y/o, what have you foind about women with this condition and their ability to concieve?

i suffer with hypothyroidism and am on Thyroxine once on right amount of meds concieved just fine actually only took 9 wks with son(2) 6wks daughter(9mts) and am currently pregnant now look lmp27th may and am currently 8wks along so must have concieved almost straight away!!!

My neighbours sister went through this, and every time she took a test!first she was positive then negative in the end she was pregnant.

my sis is having a hard time but she also has PCOS she has to get her thyroid levels checked frequently.
