its hissing cos its angry you drive too fast
its warning you to slow down

If its fairly new or new,
Its all the electics etc shutting down
Ive noticed this on some cars,
Next time you go to start it up MAKE sur radio is off no noise in car,
Turn ignition on you will hear similar sound of electrics starting
,I hear fuel pump start up on some cars.

If your still not sure a visit to the garage won`t hurt get it checked
For peace of mind

One more option is that you are using your air conditioner and the system is equalizing. Mine makes a whistling sound like an incoming bomb in some B grade movie from the fifties!

Without actualy hearing myself I couldn't tell you for sure but it could be either engine run-on or something running dry that you only hear when the engine has stopped running.
It could also be nothing wrong at all and be just your aircon or something like that.
