I think I've caled at least twenty doctors/OBGYN's. None of them take DSHS. This is my first time and I really dont know how or who or what to look for. How I'm I going to find a doctor? What do I say? AARRGGGHHH! FRUSTRATIONS!

Find out from your insurance plan who is on their roster. They have to tell you who accepts the plan. Then start calling those doctors to ask if they're accepting new patients.
I don't know what DSHS is, but consider switching plans as a last resort.
