If the girl only wears shiney lipstick,nice blush,and nice eyeshadow?

yes, my little girl is 9 and I let her wears SOME ! make -up. She wears mother approved make -up. Wich is light colors and not alot on.

I only put a bit of cranberry-colored lipstick at eleven years old everyday for school because they, my lips, were extremely pale. Otherwise, I've waited until now to really start wearing makeup- I started earlier, but I only actually know how to truly wear it now.

I didn't start wearing makeup until I was 15. Personally, I think girls these days are growing up too fast. The girl that I babysit is 7 years old and she already wears lip gloss. Yikes, I know. I try to stop her but I guess she just likes to dress up and stuff like that. She's really girlie. For me anyway, like whatever, it's just makeup! As long as they don't dress up like little hookers or act like nymphos, it's ok. ;)

A little everyday lipgloss is okay for an 11 year old, but anything other than that is too much unless she's going somewhere formal, like a banquet or something.

Well, when I was 11, all I wore was eyeliner and lip gloss. I guess that's like the best makeup to use when your young, maybe when you're 12 you can start wearing mascara.

I think it really depends on the girl. If you don't over-do it or anything, it might be okay. Just a little bit of nice neutral stuff. Then you'll get used to it and be good at putting it on when you need to.

when i was 11 i didnt wear make-up but i know young girls that do wear it and it makes them look too grown up. you realy dont need to wear it because your so young, but if you realy must then a bit of lipgloss and some blush is fine!!

Yes,but very little cause there is no problem putting on a little bit but putting on a lot is a different story.I think you should be happy with what you have but there is no problem making you look a little nicer by putting on some!

nah.. don't over due that stuff! you`ll GET PIMPLES! i`m serious. My friend has serious acne problems because she started using makeup around that age because she took tahitian dancing. Trust me, stick with LIP GLOSS. No one`s gonna wanna try hooking up with a little girl who wears makeup.

At 11, the focus should be on good skin care and not on make up. At the most, lipgloss is appropriate.

i think that really depends. if you have natural beauty then put off wearing makeup until you feel the need. once you start wearing makeup everyday you can't really stop, which can become a hassle at times.
