whenever i use the code i need the URL, is there a way to get the URL address from any pic/thumbnail on the net so i can insert the address into the label ^^?

you can right click and select properties. However, doing this will use that person's bandwidth and is considered very rude, and you will get found out. Alternatively you should right click and select save image, then upload it to your site.

Remember, however, that most pictures on the web are copyrighted and you will usually need the photographer's permission to use his/her work.

Yes you can do like Bill says, but some hostings do not allow hotlinking (call the images from other place than the original).
So you have some free hosting sites for pics like http://www.imageshack.us what gives you the url of the thumb for websites, for forums, or just the link for the image.

Bill is right, but you might want to note that direct-linking to other people's images is usually considered rude.
