I have a IBM compatible PC (Microsoft) I have used both I like this one way better. My first PC was a Mac. I will never go back!

PC! Its microsoft! I have Microsoft right now, and its great. I've never had a MAC before so I wouldn't know how to compare.

I've worked on both. Macs are more intuitive to use and easier for beginners and it handles media well.
That said, PC. Most development is done for PC's as it's more profitable for developers. Most major applications will come out with Mac versions too, but for smaller programs, utilities, plug-ins etc. no.
I'm a graphic designer, so a lot of my colleagues would disagree with me. I also have a lot of financial clients so it makes interaction with them easier.

definitely a PC...everyone says how great MAC's are, but there are so many things you can't do with a MAC that you can with a PC

You prefer what you are used to and know ... I used to adore the colorful i-Book and i-Mac, but I never bought one because I know how to work PCs, so that's what I stick with.
